After 26 years teaching art, Dan Knepper now makes his living as a full-time artist. We’ve all been on vacation and taken photos, only to get home and feel they didn’t catch the saturation of color or the warmth of the light. Dan’s paintings attempt to show that light and color as experienced. His quiet, elegant landscapes capture timeless moments. And his portraits of people glow.
Dan’s work has been in Fine Art Connoisseur, American Art Collector, Southwest Art, Artist’s Magazine, Outdoor Painter, Watercolor Magazine, etc. He is represented by top galleries across the country including Saks Gallery, Denver, Mary Williams Fine Art, Boulder, CO, Going to the Sun Gallery, Whitefish, MT, Howard/Mandville gallery, Woodinville, WA, and Cateret Contemporary, Morehead City, NC.
