Winter Art Faire

Rules and General Guideline

EXHIBIT FEE: Make all checks payable to the Logan County Art League and include payment with your application. Your fees will be refunded if you do not pass the jury process, after deducting a $10 jury/processing fee.

SECURITY/INSURANCE: The Logan County Art League in not responsible for insuring exhibitors’ work or displays and cannot accept responsibility for theft or damage. Covering your work and keeping valuables with you is advised.

REFUNDS: The Logan County Art League is not required to make refunds once you have been accepted into the show.

APPLICATION PROCESS: In order to make the jury process more consistent, we require all artists and fine craftspersons new to Winter Art Faire to submit 4 photos representative of your body of work along with your application and fee. All photos must be labeled with your name. When displayed, your work must be representative in quality, subject and style of your submitted photos. If not, you may be asked to remove those works. If you have shown work before, but have changed media or style, we would appreciate seeing photos documenting your change.

ELIGIBILITY: No dealers, stores or agents may participate. The Logan County Art League has a ZERO tolerance policy for by/sell, mass produced items, commercial molds, kits, or manufactured work.

VENDOR’S LICENSE: The State of Ohio requires a sales tax be paid by the vendor for goods that are sold within the state, and may visit our show to check for vendor’s license numbers. Please bring your Vendor’s License to the show.

SPACES: Each exhibitor space is 10’x10′. Spaces are assigned by the committee and locations will be assigned at set up.
